This document is a placeholder that will be replaced by the final legal text before PYNWO launches commercially. It is not legal advice and makes no binding claims yet.

What PYNWO is

PYNWO lets you claim one point (a PYN) on a shared canvas and attach a public profile to it. A PYN is a place in a digital canvas. It is not a security, an investment, a token, or a tradable asset.

Ownership and duration

Access to a PYN lasts for the duration of the plan you chose. Recurring plans renew until you cancel. If a plan ends, the PYN enters a grace period and is then released, while your PYN number stays in the historical record and is never given to anyone else.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photo, name and text, and you grant PYNWO the permission needed to display them on your public profile and in share cards you create.

Conduct

Content that breaks our community guidelines may be hidden, removed, or result in a suspended account and a released PYN.
