Cancellation and refunds

Renewal

Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you claimed. Prepaid plans cover a fixed period and never renew. The date your PYN is active until is always visible on your account page. PYNWO does not sell permanent ownership: when a paid period ends (after any grace period) or you release a PYN, it returns to the World and someone else may claim it.

Cancellation

You can cancel a renewal in one tap from your account page. You keep your PYN until the end of the period you already paid for.

After the period ends

Your PYN enters a grace period during which your profile stays visible and your coordinate is held. If it is not renewed, the point is released. Your PYN number remains in the historical record and is never reissued.

Refunds

Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law. The final refund terms will be published here before commercial launch.
